Opening and levels are read from the Reformer sheet 13 (stair area 2500 × 3300, 500 recess at the landing, FFL19 → FFL20 3500). Amend anything — the stair re-inscribes itself and the Dubai Building Code Part B checks update live.

Hyde Residences is an apartment building, so Part B governs — Part K covers only villas of up to three storeys. Values below are read from the model; this is a design aid, not an approval.
